In an ironic twist, most people surveyed reported problems with the UX software itself rather than the designs I put forth for them.

User complaints:

• The public link sent out for review died after just a few minutes

• Prototypes were not scrollable even though they had been designed to do so

• The preview link was showing the bounding boxes for the design elements when clicked and that was confusing for most users

• Text fields were not able to be populated and this led to a confusion and lack of understanding about the application interface

Designer complaints:

• The create link option was not obvious or easy to use

• The "duplicate" option only worked when clicked on via right click on the desired artboard

• XD was not as intuitive as other Adobe programs

• Font preview would have been helpful

• True pen tool and more intuitive layers
